At Creator Kidz, we take pride in offering engaging educational kits designed to spark creativity and hands-on learning. To ensure clarity and confidence when you shop with us, please review our updated returns and refund guidelines below.

1. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or contains a faulty component, we’re here to help.
Please notify us within 30 days of receiving your product so we can begin the assessment and return process.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in original condition, and returned with all original packaging and materials.

Once inspected, we will organise a replacement. If the same item is unavailable, we’ll offer an alternative of equal value.

2. Made-to-Order Product Policy

All of our Creator Kidz kits are produced specifically to order. Because of this custom preparation, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds for products that are not faulty.

We encourage you to review all available photos, videos, and product descriptions before placing your order to ensure it meets your needs.

3. How to Arrange a Return

To start a return for a faulty item:

  1. Email info@creatorkidz.com.au with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue.

  2. Our team will reply with return instructions and the correct return address.

  3. Package the product securely and send it back with all included components and packaging.

We aim to process returns and dispatch replacements within 10 business days of receiving the returned item.

4. Quality & Handling Information

Our educational kits are crafted from laser-cut 3mm plywood and other high-quality materials designed for classroom and at-home learning environments. While sturdy, components may break if mishandled.

Please note:

  • These kits are educational resources, not toys.

  • Appropriate supervision and careful assembly are recommended.

  • Images shown on our website and social media accurately represent the finished products so you know what to expect before purchasing.
