All standard shipping uses Australia Post timelines and a flat rate of $26.50 per order. Express shipping also uses Australia Post and is a flat rate of $31.50. Local delivery within the Ballarat area (acceptable postcodes will be displayed at checkout) for $10.00 can be arranged by contacting Creator Kidz after order confirmation.

We aim to deliver orders within the estimated timeframes provided, usually shipped within 5-10 business days. Delays may occur due to circumstances outside our control, and we cannot be held responsible for such delays.
